Definitions
● “We”, “Us”, “The company”, “DronesDev” or any other term of this nature all refer to
DronesDev, the service in which this document is for.
● “You”, “i”, “The Client”, “The Customer”or any other term of this nature all refer to the
user using DronesDevs services.
● “Products”, “Services”, “product” all refer to what DronesDev provides to the customer.
Binding Terms
● By registering an account, purchasing any service or using a service provided by
DronesDev, you agree to all terms in this document
● DronesDev reserves the right to make changes to this document, which can be done
with or without the customer being given formal notice
● You all agree to all terms in this document, until all products or accounts cease to exists
between DronesDev and the Customer, and are aware violating any terms in this
document may lead to product or account suspension/termination.
Fair use policy
● Services that do or do not have unlimited factors are expected to maintain a fair level of
use. "Fair use" is defined as use that does not disrupt any other DronesDev customers,
or DronesDev in general.
● Suspension or termination of accounts or products can be done at the discretion of a
Dronesdev staff member if the Fair use Policy is violated.
● Mass creation of accounts is considered to an unmanageable level is considered unfair
Clients
● Clients must take responsibility for actions inside of DronesDev
● Clients must not share important credentials such as passwords or support keys
provided by staff. Any actions taken on your account by any user is still the responsibility
of the account owner.
● Clients must pay their invoices on time. DronesDev will suspend your service
immediately after the invoice due date if the invoice goes unpaid. Clients must then pay
the late fee if the invoice is paid within the 10 day grace period before the service is
terminated.
● Clients must not attempt to disrupt DronesDev, DronesDev staff, DronesDev customers.
We reserve the right to take reasonable action at the discretion of DronesDev staff
Data Retention
● By using a DronesDev Service, you agree to DronesDev accessing your data
● You agree that DronesDev is not responsible for your data. Any loss of data is not at the responsibility of DronesDev. It is highly advised that you take offsite backups.
● We reserve the right to suspend access to data upon service suspension
Refunds
● Refunds are provided to you at the discretion of Drones Dev, and will only be provided
under strict circumstances.
● All refunds must be requested within 48 hours of the invoice being paid. Refunds
requested after 24 hours will be refunded as credits.
● Any domain purchase can not be refunded. DronesDev is unable to provide a refund for
such a service.
● Any Bot Development can not be refunded for change of mind. There must be a
legitimate problem with the product, that DronesDev can not fix.
● Duplicated payments will be refunded as credits, unless it was at the fault of DronesDev
or DronesDev staff.
● Any payments taken past the data of a cancellation will be refunded
Support and SLA
● There is not a set level of support that must be provided by DronesDev. DronesDev aims
to respond to any support query as soon as possible.
● DronesDev is not under any time constraint to meet time goals, and can not be held
responsible for any failure due to support delay
● DronesDev is not required to provide compensation for any unplanned maintenance or
downtime that does not exceed 20 minutes. Suitable compensation given at the
discretion of DronesDev may be in company credits, or service extension
Discounts
● Discounts are given at discretion of DronesDev, and must not be abused by the
Customer
● Customers must not cancel and re-order to get the latest discount codes. The customer
would be expected to pay the discounted amount in a new invoice generated by
DronesDev
● DronesDev reserves the right to deny access to a Discount code at any time
Suspension and Termination
● DronesDev reserves the right to suspend or terminate your service or account
● DronesDev takes no responsibility over lost data due to suspensions or terminations
● If the customer does not pay the invoice in the grace period of 10 days, services will be
permanently terminated. This is irreversible.
Payments
● Services may be liable for fees, such as transaction or late fees
● Payments may be taken automatically at the due date of an invoice
● All payments are not processed directly by the company, and it is at the responsibility of
our card processor to ensure cards are charged correctly.
Affiliates
● DronesDev reserves the right to change or edit the terms of the affiliates programme at
any time, with or without the customer being informed
● Balances under £10 can only be paid into credits at DronesDev.
● Balances equal to or over £10 can be paid out to you via paypal, or Credits if the
customer prefers
● DronesDev reserves the right to deny the usage of the DronesDev affiliates programme.
Custom Development
● Any Custom Development must not be resold.
● The price for a custom development is chosen at the discretion of DronesDev
● Custom Development projects may require a deposit. This will be decided at the discretion or DronesDev
● Bug Fixes will not be made for free to modified code
